Specification:

2- i5-4690k OC (3.8) i dont know how to make it 4.2 or higher, and im using the orginal fan came with i5 box .
3- NZXT H440 Case (red+black)
4- my PSU corsair tx950w
5- samsung SSD 850 PRO 250G (already having 2X1T HDD ).

Fine for gaming at 1080p at max settings. Do Not try to overclock with the stock fan that was included with the processor. That fan/heatsink is barely suitable to keep stable temps even at nominal clocks.

For a budget air that's capable of a decent overclock try this

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Universal 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $46.99

If a healthy liquid unit for a full tilt stable overclock, try this

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: RAIJINTEK TRITON BLUE 100.5 CFM Sleeve Bearing Liquid CPU Cooler ($94.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $94.99

Depending on the age of that PSU I would consider changing it that one was made by Channel Well and is not the quality of the V2 models that were made by Seasonic, it should work fine till it could be replaced.
For the gaming performance it will be top notch for a single 1080p monitor with a 60 refresh rate.
I would add a aftermarket CPU cooler what to get depends on where you live, CM hyper 212 EVO or a BeQuite dark pro 3 would be good choices.
For gaming for the next 4 / 5 years that is not really realistic, the processor yes but expect a video upgrade in a couple of years.

thanks for your reply . when i went to buy the stuff many sellers told me my PSU is V.good and no need to change it right now .
for fan pros. i saw what u suggest but if there better than this please advice me .. cuz im going to OC my i5 to 4.2 (if pos.) so i guess i need fan/liquid to handle the temp.

and yeah .. of course i will change my gtx 970 later :D

is there better fan/liquid than those ?
