Router to Router/Modem to Internet Port forwarding?

Okay, so i am trying to forward ports 27010-27020 so i can host an unturned server or my friends.
Now, I have an ethernet cable running from my laptop host to my router (Belkin F9K1113v4), which uses Ethernet to connect to my Modem (Arris TG862G), Which goes out to the network lines in the street.
From what I understand, my Modem happens to have a built-in router. I went on ahead and accessed my modem's settings using IP 192.168.0.1 (Default Gateway in cmd when i use ethernet to the modem), then i disabled wireless and also set the NAT type to bridged.
Then, i went to my Router's interface 192.168.2.1 (Default Gateway in CMD when connected to router) and forwarded ports 27010-27020 with my laptop's IPV4 Adress. However, my friends still cannot connect.
My hunch is, my modem is getting the requests for the port from my friends, but not forwarding them to my Router, which would then forward them to my PC. So.. Why dont I just go into my modem's interface and forward the ports 27010-27020 to my router? Well, for one im not sure if i know my router's LAN IP for the modem (Wouldnt it just be the default gateway (192.168.2.1)?
Now heres my main problem, whenever i try to forward ports 27010-27020 on my modems interface to my router's ip (192.168.2.1) I get this error: http://imgur.com/b2e7gDB

So, how do i get my Router's IP, according to my Modem? Its not showing up on the "DCHP Client List" on my modem's interface...

You need to log in to your Belkin and find the WAN IP address. Depending on if the modem is properly bridged, it will either be a proper public IP address or a 192.168.0.x address. It will not be 192.168.2.x. The WAN IP address is not the same as your default gateway address.

You should not have to port forward the modem/router if it is in bridge mode. You should try to reboot all network devices after making any configuration changes.

My simple first guess is to disable the windows firewall entirely (or whatever AV firewall you use), if that works, you know you need to punch those holes in your windows firewall.

I figured it out. The problem was i had to do a whole lot more than just flick the "bridge mode" switch to fully enable it. Now everything is working just fine.
