I am considering downsizing my computer from a mid size case to a mini ITX case, specifically the Corsair 250D because of its design, dimensions, and weight. My current parts are:

Intel Core i5-3570K
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3
SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 7950
ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
DVD Drive
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
PCI-E Wifi Card

I know obviously my current motherboard and non-stock cpu fan will not fit into the smaller case. I was wondering what a good mini-itx LGA 1155 motherboards, for an ivy bridge processor, would be that is still able to be purchased, since many older motherboards are no longer sold. Additionally, next year I want to upgrade to a Nvidia Pascal graphics card. Which also adds on the questions of what a good mini-itx LGA 1155 motherboard would be that will not bottleneck the newer graphics card, and would my i5-3570k potentially bottleneck the newer graphics card.

Thanks for the fast response, but the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 has a form factor of ATX, whereas I need a good motherboard that is a form factor of Mini ITX and will be good enough to work with a new higher end graphics card in order to fit in the Corsair 250D case.

On newegg I saw these two that might work:

I kinda like the Zotac one because it has a wifi card built in, whereas the ASUS does not have a mini-PCI express slot, so I would have to get a USB wifi receiver if I wanted to add that.

*Edit: The Zotac motherboard only has a PCI express 2.0 so I dont think that'd work with newer graphics cards.
