Has anyone else had issues with the AMD 15.8 drivers?

I can not run hardly any game above 20 FPS. I was able to play GTAV with every possible setting on Ultra and highest excepts MSAA now i get around 1-10FPS and with every thing on lowest possible settings i get around 10-30FPS max. This goes for almost every game i own exept Batman Arkham knight and it runs that really good though.

Yes thanks for the help showing us how much better than us you are just because you have an NVIDIA....................I doubt you even have a job, lol. I have a EVGA GTX 980Ti Hydro in my other rig and Intel in all of my rigs but i am not going around saying......yep i got an NVIDIA, lol. Id like to have both of my Rigs running best they can so my Wife can play GTAV with me and my R9 290 i put in her rig and it ran it perfectly until recently.
