Need Quiet Case with Water Cooling (Hopefully Rack Mounted?)

Hi. I have a Core i7 4720 (I think) with a Corsair H100 water cooler. I need as quiet a case as I can reasonably get. Budget is about $300.00 (tops). It doesn't have to be rack mountable, but that would be A++

Silent and water cooling is more important than rack mounted. Thanks.

or : fractal design S (no drive bays, better airflow) $89.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352054&cm_re=fractal_design_s-_-11-352-054-_-Product
not so familiar with rack mounted cases ... they are normally for server's right ...
I can aim for some better cases that reach your budget, but those two are some really quiet good cases for the price they are.
