I have multiple devices in my home two computers and a couple of tablets and many mobile phone.

the problem is all these devices connects successfully to the internet except my main PC it only opens google.com, it doesn't even open the router setting page (192.168.1.1).

I first suspected the DNS but it found that it was all set to get DNS automatically. then I used ipconfig/flushdns.

then I stopped all the network related programs:
-removed "hola better internet from chrome".
- stopped hamachi network and disabled its driver.

then I reset the router to factory setting and modified it again, it worked for a couple of hours but it stopped opening internet again.

then I used the ping commands pinged the router ip and some sites and it was delivered successfully (0% loss).

now what I should do next, I suspect it's a virus on the pc but have no idea what to do. also can it be someone who takes time to hack the network password and then stop internet from passing to me ?

thanks!

Solution
Do not remove any of them until more is known about them.

Internet ".de" are German websites.

I ran a "Who is" on the DNS Server IP (163.121.128.134)

Your DNS Server seems to be in Cairo, Egypt - does that make sense? Belongs to TE-Data and some sort of Windows 10 Update driver site?

See if you can change your main PC's DNS Server IP to Google's site (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4). Or match the address on another device that is sucessfully connecting.

Other choices: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/a/free-public-dns-servers.htm

Post accordingly. Thanks.
