The only i3 at the same price as the 8300 is the 4170 3.7 ghz

I took some time to make some tests and the 8300 looks like it performs better in games which require more threads as it has 8

From a website in romania my budget is around 450 euro. Count the psu and mobo too in that price

I have a case and hdd, but why the athlon instead of the fx ?

^ This ^

The Athlon II 860k above or an FX 6300 are your best bets for a budget build. These will run with a low end i5 in most games. The 270 or 280 would be better, but the 260 recommended above will me OK for medium details.

Here's an example...a little old but it makes the point well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIT9uLDjZcg

Most modern/current games need 4 CPU cores. Some won't even run on an i3.

Is cheaper, no need for expensive mobo is better up from 1 to 4 threads vs FX in some games catching with i3 in a few is equal.
You can buy better GPU :)
No need for a case or HDD ok
