Best Power Supply for this build

Every Power Supply calculator gives me a very different Watt count. So what would be the best PSU for this build? I would not like to change anything in my build.

GPU:AMD R9 390X 8gb
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-HD3
Case: Galaxy 3 Mid Tower (Ugly, but works)
Current PSU: Corsair VS650 80+

650 would be enough. What is your budget? I would go for this 750watt unit very good quality and sells for a good price.

Budget is about can go up to 950, but staying under 850 would be the best.

Power supply calculators are deadly accurate, providing you can give accurate input.
Some things are unknowable, like capacitor ageing factors and future needs.
I have found this chart to be very useful

It shows 700w for a R9-390X.

Try to buy a tier 1 or 2 unit from this quality list:

This would be good had to drop you down to a 390. Do you already have any parts? And do you already have windows with a license key? Because that would be another hundred dollars.

Yup, here is a newer psu tier list, that list seems a little dated it doesn't seem to have newer psu's like the evga I posted above.

Everything in Finland is way too expensive. I'd rather buy from Germany, Mindfactory.de seems to be the best.
