I'm a bit new to building a pc and I'm in need of assistance when it comes to adding a graphics card. Here is what I currently have in my possession:

TV:
Samsung UN55D6000 LED HDTV 120hz

PC build:
Fractal Node 605 (Case)
Intel Core i5-4670 3.4 GHz
ASUS GRYPHON Z87 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 uATX Intel Motherboard
8GB RAM

I mention the case due to the fact that I can only fit a 7inch (180mm) graphics card.

Based on my build and what my TV is capable of displaying, what graphics card do you recommend I use for media including gaming?

Thank you!

A 7 inch performance card is tough, due to the heat sinks/fans that most mfg put on their cards.
Here are two that I found under 7 inches. The 950 is over your $150 budget, but the 950 is a quality card and beats out the 750Ti by quite a bit. You're call. If it's a hard budget stop then it's pretty obvious. Second 950 is just for comparison sake. You could also splurge (if you had the funds) and get a 960, but that's closer to $200.

Gigabyte GTX 950

I disagree with the R7 370. If you're going to get a 370, you might as well get an R9 270X. It's the same price point due to it being a little older and it performs better.

Honestly, I hope to stay below $150. I don't plan on purchasing a new TV or monitor right away so whatever will match my TV's capabilities would be excellent for now. However, I don't mind getting a card that would be powerful enough for a new display sometime down the line.
