Massive reoccurring ping spikes, Please help.

Hey,

I hope someone can help me, for a year now all online gaming for me is impossibe due to ping spikes. Ive tried every solution I could find and contacted the ISP, nothing has worked.

Below is a ping test I ran:

Thank you for trying to help, but I've fixed it using a solution I haven't seen around anywhere on these forums.

I'm going to detail my issue and how I solved it so others can fix theirs.

Issue:
Regular massive lag spikes (very noticeable in online gaming but above ping test proved it was constant)
High ping
Stuttering
packet loss
no common solutions work
worked fine till i moved house

Cause:
Wireless interference

Fix:
changed my router settings(type your default gateway IP into browser) from auto channel to channel 13
then changed my NIC settings from channels 1-20 to 10-13( change adapter settings, properties, configure, advanced)
then changed NIC roaming from 3 to 1.
