When should I buy new specs, 7 years old pc

Hey, my pc:

Q6600 @ 2.7
8 GB RAM - 800 mhz (900 from OC)
motherboard - gigabyte p35
750W PCU

And my new Gigabyte gtx 960 4GB @ 1250 mhz

So, my graphicscard is alot better than the rest.

Should my question is, should I wait with upgrade, or is 2015 the year to buy?

I mainly play simpler games, CS GO etc. it runs on average 140 fps in cs go.

I wouldn't upgrade until you want to run a game or app that needs a better computer. Obviously, what you have is working great for you. The longer you wait, the better deal you will get.
I run a Mac Pro with pretty similar specs and it just works. For most regular tasks it seems just as fast as my much faster/more expensive equipment.
