Hello people , I am trying to install windows on my external hdd but not succeeding , I tried this method couple of times here , tried doing it with W8 nothing .
Hope you guys can help me .

If the external HDD is with esata connection, speed difference is neglible.
USB3 might also be tolerable.
The earlier question of why would you still stands though since Windows installations are kind of tied to the hardware and as such, swapping disk from computer to computer wont really work.

With exception of windows to go on usb's but that is limited to enterprise only.
alternate method which I've not tried seems to be WintoUSB (works only with win8) http://www.easyuefi.com/wintousb/

The why is because I have a laptop that the HDD has a sata connector that it's almost impossible to me to buy it in here and I can't buy it on the web , the external HDD is an USB3 .

The drive in the laptop is a standard SATA interface, the same as any other 2.5" drive. There may be a proprietary connector thing, but that is easily removed if you want to put in a different drive.

The cable that connects the hdd to the laptop is broken. Hence why I want to install windows on a external hdd.
The cable is broken, but I can still connect a HDD trough USB ports. Problem is that I can't seem to install the operating system on the external HDD trough a pen or DVD.

Windows normally doesn't let you do that. It doesn't want you to install OS on a REMOVABLE that you can remove!

Having said that, sounds like folks have done it, but doesn't sound trivial, as mentioned, you are on you own there. Ask the Google God.
