Solution
This is better because it has a quality power supply, better case, and a motherboard that can support better chips and is good for overclocking.
Figuring in the cost of having to replace that FSP power supply this desktop is now cheaper.

As a pre built pc its okay. it has a crap PSU so that would need changing straight away (additional cost)
you're going to need something with a beefier graphics card if you're wanting to be able to play at high settings imo. You'll want at least a GTX970 or R9 290

preferably a gtx980 for better long term gaming potential especially with those types of games

A gtx 960 will play those games on high just fine.

Now the fx-6300 will have some slight bottlenecking with that 960 card, and the motherboard is cheap low end and wont support future upgrades well at all.

Agreed that he needs to change out that PSU asap.

The entire PC can be assembled with a legit windows license for $650, without a windows OS for $550.
When you figure in you would need a new PSU and that for $20 you could have a much more capabile motherboard this is not a bargin at all.

If this is used then $600 is well overpriced.
