In terms of parts, budget and compatibility issues make little room for changing. That said, I'll most likely be changing my cpu within half a year(i hope) and with it a motherboard.

While it technically says its enough there I'd like an answer from someone who knows about it as it's my first time building a pc

Realistically, YES.

Would I or most anyone here even consider trying it? NO.

VS series is very low end in terms of quality. The overall stated peak wattage would be barely enough to cover the power draw if the system was stock, and that's if this were a decent quality unit. Look into this

Using that 390 I would up to the watts to the 650 ( the lowest I would go) watt version. If you can spend more money a different (higher quality) PSU would be recommended but since you listed the VS that means your overseas somewhere so your selection is probably very limited.
The 550 Watt only has 500 Watts on the tell tell 12 volt rail where the 650 watt has 600.
