Hi squires

I've got a couple hundred quid to throw at my current set up, but not totally sure what to focus on.

Here's my spec:

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 Motherboard

Intel i5 4690K 3.5Ghz CPU

8GB Kingston HyperX Beast RAM

2TB Toshiba HDD

240GB M.2 Crucial SSD

HD 7850 Graphics Card

Fractal Define R4 Case

750w Modular PSU

HP 23xi monitor

Razer gaming keyboard and mouse

Should I just sell the gpu and blow it all on a new one?

I would ideally like to be able to run the newer games on high at 60fps if possible.

Thanks in advance

Most definitely the big hold up in your current rig is the HD7850... not a bad middle weight card in its own right... But not worthy of the rest of your machines specs. Sell it for what you can get for it and put that cash towards getting the GTX970 and if you don't have a good CPU cooler to allow a good OC get one of those as well... Your Current rig will support your request quite nicely well into the future given it had a GTX970 4GB on board and if 1080p maxed res and settings is the goal.
