I just recently, not even a week ago bought myself a new PC, everything is completely new and yet I get bad FPS in most games.
On high settings CS:GO has around 30-40 FPS and often drops to 25 which causes a slight stutter, I've seen ppl with my GFX run GTA V on High settings with 60 fps, I downloaded my drivers using the AMD Catalyst Manager thing, my specs are;
GPU: XFX R7 370DD 4GB
CPU: AMD A8-7670K Radeon R7 (System says 3.60GHz)
RAM: 8GB
Monitor: SyncMaster943nw
