Can the CM Vortex Plus Sleeve Bearing handle an overclocked i5 2400 3.1GHz? And also which chipset to get for an LGA1155 socket overclock?

The i5 2400 can only OC +400mhz and you need a Z68/Z77 motherboard to do it. Yes the Vortex would probably support that. it's more than good enough for stock speeds for sure
