Required best motherboard for i5 6600k among these 3 motherboards
1. Asrock Z170 Extreme4
2. MSI Z170A PC Mate
3. Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

Purpose of Use - Rendering

for rendering you will need more threads.

so i7 only ...

forget i5

and switch to X99 and 6 cores i7 even better.

return it ... it is still new ... i5 is good for gaming . but if you want this thing for 3D rendering ? it is a bad choice. I would put the money on the CPU and get cheaper Motherboard for rendering.

also for rendering you dont need to overclock the machine ... rendering needs stable cool machine not hot overclocked one.

look for cheaper H170 motherboard no need to get the Z , and i7 cpu without the "k" , you dont need to overclock if you are rendering.

where are you buying from ? india or USA ? I dont know stores in india sadly

you can get i7 6700K and H170 motherboard.

OR if you want cheaper , you can get old Haswel and H97 motherboard and DDR3 memory ..
