Hi I am new to pc building and gaming and wanted a gaming pc that is silent, has a gtx 970 and is an intel build for 2000 or less. Want compatibility for everything, best-bang for my buck and overall help in selecting pc parts, thanks.

You'll be able to upgrade in the future. If you need OS just add it in. Total will still be less than 2,000
As for the fans, just remove the stock fans from the case and replace them with the SilentWings 2. Same with the CPU cooler, just remove the fan it comes with and put on the SilentWings 2.
The SilentWings is completely quiet.
