I am having a hard time looking for the reason why my APU is too hot.
Can you tell me what is the possible reasons why my APU is too hot.
I cleaned all the components and there is no dust or anything. Tried both Aircooling and Watercooling very minimal difference.
Tried several thermal compound and the result is the same.
APU Temp is 50c at idle and 90c at full load with the CPU boost turned off.
when CPU boost turned on idle is going up to 100c higher.
Tested Using Speccy / HWmonitor / SpeedFan / Etc.
Ambient temp is about 28-30c
My Rig:
Processor: AMD a8-5600k / Not OC
Cooling: Deepcool Lucifer v2 dual fan / Corsair H70
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6870
MOBO: Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H
PSU: Generic Japan True Rated 600W
RAM: 2x2Gb 1600mhz Crucial/Emaxx
HDD: 500Gb Western Digital
Case: Deepcool Smarter Steam Micro gaming ATX
Thank you.
