Probably not something that I will ever achieve but here's what I've had and my experiences with them.

Razed Deathadder - It was nice for a 1st gaming mouse, lacking in buttons and poor build quality but very accurate for the time I used it. It was comfortable to use and would not be opposed to something with a similar layout. The weight was also a positive feature.

Corsair M65 - Built like a tank. Took a long time to get comfortable with it, I didn't care for cut out section toward the back and the side buttons were to thin but the "sniper" button was nice as an extra key. It started me using the button just behind the scroll wheel as push to talk. The buttons behind the scroll wheel felt good being heavier and more deliberate. I often took the weights out and re added them based on how I was feeling. Didn't care for the sensor.

Corsair Sabre RGB Optical - Deathadder sensor in corsair build quality, seemed like the perfect mouse when I ordered it. It was decently comfortable but I didn't like the button layout. The side buttons were thin like on the M65 and the front buttons were awkward to press and didn't feel great. The buttons behind the scroll wheel were very mushy, at times I couldn tell if I was pressing the button for push to talk and just hoped i was going through can't really think of anything positive that stood out to me but it was a good mouse overall.

Logitech G600 - The closest I have come to my perfect mouse so far. I love the 3rd mouse button and tilt wheel. Best software of all the ones I've used. The only negatives I have for it are its weight which is very heavy and the 12 side buttons. I have the 5th button disabled to compensate but it still breaks my confidence when aiming and I accidentally hit it.

So I think the major must have features would be
Tilt wheel
8+ buttons
At least 1 button behind the scroll wheel
Fully programable with decent software.
Reasonably lightweight
Preferably optical or a laser with disable able acceleration
3rd mouse button if possible but I think the g600 is the only mouse with it.

Well, I'm an old school player and pretty much only play Counter Strike.

If i where you i would just try a couple mouses out; Logitechs, Zowies and SteelSeries' are the best choices IMHO.

The rest is crap.
