my pc spec :
dell optlix 775 socket
core 2 quad q6600 2.40 GHz
4 gb ram
geforce gt 630 2gb ddr3
470 gb storage
and i run them with dell l305p power supply but now i will upgrade my gpu to radeon hd 7850 1gb gddr5 can this power supply handle the hd7850 or i need to ubgrade the power supply

Silly question, I have an optiplex 755 (socket 775). Will the HD 7850 even fit? As I recall only short cards or single slot cards will physically fit. Also, the case is a BTX, so if upgrading the board/cpu you will need to buy a case.

If you want to upgrade GPU, you can get an ASUS GTX 750 (non-ti) that will fit.
