Does GA-H81M-S1 support PCI Express 3.0 x16 ?

My friend wants to upgrade his graphics card to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127783 and were finding that the GA-H81M-S1 doesn't support the PCI Express 3.0 x16 only PCI Express 2.0 x16 or it doesn't make any difference?

You won't know the difference. The card will run on PCIe 2.0.

No issues there, PCIE 3.0 and 2.0 are 100% compatible.
