Hi guys, i need a good motherboard for overclocking a i5 4690k CPU. Preferably under $200 AUD. Thanks.

I have no reason to think that it would not be good.
You might go to newegg and look at the reviews of some candidate cards.
Particularly the 0 or 1 egg negative reviews to see if there is any generic problem with the motherboard.
Do not be alarmed if you see many negative reviews, the satisfied users do not post as much.
In particular filter out issues such as too high price, or potential user error.
I like those brands where the manufacturer monitors responses and attempts to help.
