Hi,

I want to become a youtuber based on gaming builds. In my videos I want to suggest good gaming build that I think are good for a certain budget. However I am new in the building world so I was wondering if there is a website that would help me learn how to pick parts that are best. I do not mean like pcpartpicker, I mean websites that will help me pick parts on a budget.

http://www.tomshardware.com/ Tom's is a good place; read all the articles that are published. This isn't something you'll learn fast because there is so much to learn. It may take some years to get a good grasp on all parts.

A good place to start is the best for the money articles. Cpu and gpu is the main ones. The other parts change prices and deals too much although there is one for mobos too, I'd rather suggest reading the how to choose a mobo article.
