The HD 5450 is a puny little 19W card, with less gaming potential than modern on-board graphics. Only slightly more powerful than the iGPU you have in your Dell now. Even the most anemic of power supplies should be able to handle the HD 5450.

If this is for gaming and you game at 1080p, you won't be much happier with that card than your present iGPU.

Of course you can. But that's slower the lowly HD 5450. How much can you afford to spend?
