Best 27" 1080p IPS Monitor

I'm looking for a good ips monitor, at least 27 inches for gaming. I had a BenQ XL2420T but I didn't like the colors of the monitor. Looked too washed out for my taste. And I wanted a larger monitor. I would love to go higher than 27 but I only have a GTX 970 and I don't think it will run 1440p that great. Any suggestions. I want it to be ips, and preferably a height adjustable mount.

Have you considered playing on 42 inch TV with good input lag ? if you want bigger and Full HD this is the way to go , and keep your older monitor for normal work.

be sure when you pick a TV to check the input LAG , sony makes some good gaming TVs with 6ms input lag the lowest in the market. Samsung comes after them with 16ms input lag.

and becarefull not all models have this , only some.

If you dont want this , then I suggest that you 1920x1200 monitor and not 1080P ... IPS at that resolution are more professional and give better colors. but you wont find more than 24 inch .
