Is this a descent rig for gaming, surfing, video streaming, and potentially live streaming?

Since your asked the 3TB hard drive has a very high fail rate, buy a good 1TB drive and add more as you need them 1TB will hold a ton of stuff.
Buy a case with quite fans already and their no reason to fill the case up with them, the fans you picked cost 8 bucks each to ship from outlet.
You going to need a DP to HDMI adapter to run 3 of those monitors but that's no big deal.
For gaming on 3 1080p monitors up the video card to a 980ti......
For that motherboard or all of the 1151 for that mater get a 2X8GB set of memory that is a duel channel board so adding 4 sticks just puts a little more stress on the memory controller.
Skip windows 10 right now and just get 7 or...

If you like the looks of the case you picked better then the sugested then get it but their no reason to replace all the fans.
At that price point I would also consider a 2011 V3 build using the 6 core i7 5820K processor it might help some on live streaming.

I do not plan to game on all 3, just a single one, and for the memory ill look into it, and i like windows 10 but ill do some research about it
