I hate people that come to this thread asking us to do all the work and without giving any other details for what oyu want what kind of stuff you want and what budget you want it to be around, give these and i might as well help you, but i would much rather you go to a build pcs forum like reddit buildapc

OK, first these games hardly need any hardware that is amazing. CS:GO is still running on the source 1 engine which is used to play half life which is a very dated game judging your very limited knowledge of PC gaming in general you don't need much to play those games but what are you planning to play them on, custom PC, laptop we need to know.
I don't know why you guys are bashing on him for asking a question, most people on here are happy to help, if you won't then go to a different thread. For just Minecraft and CS:GO a good CPU would be better than a good GPU since both of those games are more dependent on your CPU. What is your budget for your build?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tdLkQ7 that is a nice little build that i did for my first one runs cs:go at 100fps at max and i've never done Minecraft but it should run fine. The part at the bottom is for the case the motherboard does nto have usb 3.0 headers but thats a converter that you can plug onto your motherboard
sorry for replying Really late my budget is around 2000. I have a key board, mouse, monitor, mic and every little thing you need for a computer i just need help with the specs that go inside the tower if you could reply thanks
