Help! My computer is constantly freezing, even after being reformatted, twice. My computer runs fine in safe mode, and I can my computer can play games for up to a few minutes. I have changed out my GPU's, using one at a time, and the computer starts up just fine. Ive installed all the drivers I need. I have changed out my RAM, and that doesn't seem to be the problem either. My computer starts up just fine, and it just randomly crashes, usually before 10 minutes after restart. I have looked up fixes for this, and I have tried some but nothing seems to work.

I was gone for a night, and I noticed there was a windows update when I came back, then everything was freezing on my SSD.

Sometimes itll freeze, sometimes itll blue screen, and I have to do a hard reset each time.

Please help me!

12GB Ram
256 Samsung 840 SSD

If it runs fine in safe mode, I'd check the video cards and power supply. You said the system works fine if you use one video card at a time? Did you try them in both slots? Could be a bad PCIe slot or power supply issue if either of the cards work fine on their own but crash when together.

Little update, I removed the bios and it worked for about two days. The CPU temp is fine, and so is the GPU temps. It freezes much less now, and I can play games for 30 minutes to infinite time.

It seems random at this point, and not consistent.
