Is "zotac nvidia geforce gtx 760" Not Enough for GTA-V

hi i'm using zotac nvidia geforce gtx 760 on Gigabyte 880gm-usb3 Mother board with amd fx 8150 and 8GB DDR3 Ram. After playing GTA-V for about 20 min it lags Completely... not able play at all.. even if i change the Graphic settings from High to Low issue persists.. works perfectly fine in High Graphic Setting for about 20-30min.. Don't know whats the Problem... Pls Help..??

Your processor is a major part of the problem.
The first generation of FX "Bulldozer" (FailDozer) processors from AMD are extremely weak.

According to Gigabyte, you have the best processor for that motherboard. You need to look into a new motherboard as well.
