My question is- Will the G1820 going to bottleneck the r9 270x and by how much?
Specs
Mb - Asrock z97m anniversary
Ram - 8gb g.skill ripjaws
PSU - EVGA 600W
GPU - XFX R9 270X
HDD - 720GB Seagate

Yes there should be some bottlenecking with processor. By how much? It depends on the game since some will be more CPU intensive than others. You are looking at about anywhere from 10-20% performance loss.

You shouldn't bottleneck really with a 270x unless it's a game like skyrim which basically just runs off your cpu.
It doesn't really bottleneck too hard even on a titan and a 970 build so a 270x should be easy breezy
