Printing image same size.

Hi
I need to print a passport photo.
I have captured an image, sized it in msPaint and am trying to print it on a Canon IP7200 A4 paper.
The problem is, I can only print A4 full page, 2 half page images, 4 quater page images etc etc.
The paper size is A4 but I want my image printed the size it is set at 42mm X 31mm (passport photo size).
Can someone help please?

You have to choose "Actual size" (assumed the JPEG file or whatever is in A4 format). If you want to print the photo multiple times, just copy & paste it multiple times and put them next to each other in the same file.

Amazing, I found the setting under File/Paint button> print.> page setup.> scaling.
There's a radio button says Adjust to, with a text box to enter % normal size. This defaults to 100%.
