Light blue screens, freezing and random restarts on computer

The last couple of days ive been getting random restarts, random light blue screens, and random freezing, with the light blue screens it has white lines all over the light blue screen, i i cant tell if they are random or really tiny words. I need help how to fix this.

I dint have a external graphics card, and i could enter windows and start playing games, but it would restart, light blue screen and freeze when playing games, the only game im playing at the moment is counter strike global offensive

Before when i was on my computer, a blue screen came up(not light blue like before) and on it it said something about problems and it was restarting, and it said soemthing else that said unexpected kernal mode trap and idk what that means
