Best Upgrade path for streaming/recording.

As the title says I am wondering what CPU to get that will be upgradeable by not taking out my Mobo. Could anyone suggest a good CPU that will be good for streaming and recording games such as CS:GO, BO2, and GTA V? If possible for under $200?

What's your current motherboard type?

If it's an LGA 1150, I would suggest the i7-4790K processor. A really great processor.
If it's an AM3+ socket, I would recommend the the FX-8350 processor.

My current Motherboard is an FM2. I am completely upgrading my system.

So you are willing to change your MoBo?

If you want to stay with your current motherboard, then the best CPU for it would be a AMD A10 6800K processor.

Yes I am willing to change my Motherboard. I am currently leaning towards an i5 4460, because of the upgradability to an i7.

Any motherboard with an LGA 1150 can upgrade to an i7 CPU.
The i5-4460 can definitely run what you're planning to play.
