Please help me! Is this compatible?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV
CPU: IIntel Core i5-4460 (3.2 GHz, LGA 1150, BOX
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ [02G-P4-2966-KR, 2 GiB, GDDR5]
RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage HX316C9SR/8 (8 GiB, DDR3, 1600 MHz, CL9)
HDD: Western Digital WD5000AAKX (500 GiB, 7200 rpm, 16 MiB, SATA 3)
Power Supply: EVGA 500 W (100-W1-0500-KR)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 7 PRO Rev. 2 (LGA 1150)
Case: Zalman ZM-T3

I'd recommend just taking off the third party cooler as the i5 runs pretty cool by itself and the stock should keep it cool just fine. You can't overclock it so there really isn't any reason for you to add the Arctic Freezer cooler.

Also, as Miky said, you should upgrade the mobo to an H97 chipset (I would go with either an ASRock motherboard or an Asus motherboard).
