Ddr3 cl11 1600 vs ddr3 cl9 1333

Guys I'm loosing my mind here, I would like to know if I there is a differnce between getting a cl11 1600 ram and a cl9 1333, would I get better performance in games or I would get the same FPS with these too? My tower is week it have a q8300 cpu and a motherboard that support ddr3 ram.

I have ddr3 4gb ram Kingston cl11 1600, would I get better performance in games if I upgrade to a corsair cl9 1333? Or the same?

K. And please guys im not lookin forward getting a 8gb ram, sooo.......?

No, I'm using a HD 7770 1gb, and I just play games I'm not using it for office and surfing the web, and the price between those 2 rams is 10$ so ? Do I really need this corsair? In gaming! Like do I get more FPS?

it's all the same when talking about games and day to day stuff.............. get the cheapest.
