So before a while i got my brother's pc cleaned with my electrical balloon blower(air compressor but isn't that strong), so i cleaned all the dust he had there(phew he had a ton and i ain't kidding i think it was never clean and he had it around 10 years) so i opened the front panel too to clean the tons of dust there and after all i plugged anything together and it worked fine, so i don't think i damaged anything it's not my first time cleaning a PC.

now when you plug the pc to the power it automatically turn's on but doesnt display anything or seems to boot. ive checked all the connections and when you try to turn it off the button power button doesn't react. (i unplugged the power button and plugged it back and it didnt work. both from the mother board and the button itself).

now i can't figure out what causing the problem since i don't get any beeps or error displayed.
what causes the problem and how do i fix it?
maybe i should ask how to troubleshoot the problem and fix it.

i thought maybe its related to the power supply voltage since the fan started running fast and noisy when i tried to start it.

To sum it up, i plug the power supply and it turns the light and fans on automatically, but doesn't display anything on the screen.

Well it could be the moisture in your tiny compressor shorted the motherboard.

If you use an aircompressor (that does not have a painter's filter on it), then you need to let it rest for a period of time before plugging it in, you also want to turn down the pressure as low as you can.

Also when you clean a PC you should use a pencil or other object to keep any fans from spinning as you blow it.

I know you said you checked connections but check all your power cables and make sure ram and video/add-on cards are all seated fully.
