do i need to instal these motherboard drivers after a new windows 10 instal ??

You don't need the Intel SATA Pre-install driver.
You only need that if your setting up a RAID storage configuration during Windows Setup.
For a regular, non-RAID install, Windows supplies it's own SATA driver from the installation disc during Setup.
The other two drivers -- yes, install those.
