Just a couple minor parts swap suggestions. Same price as you had, upped your ram from ddr3 1600 to ddr3 1866. Swapped the kingston 120gb for a samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd. Swapped the 650w corsair psu for an evga 750w with a bit better build quality.

Edit: for a few dollars more there's also this ddr3 1866 2x8gb kit from g.skill that's red if you're trying to keep with a red/black theme (looking at the heatsinks on the asus pro gamer).

As far as i7 6700k, it is newer and would mean a z170 motherboard and ddr4 ram which may up the cost a bit. The biggest issue, the 6700k hasn't been available most places so if you're tired of waiting may as well stick with the 4790k since you can get your hands on it now. There's not a huge difference between the two.
