My disk partition is kind of weird. (After MBR to GPT)

After I converted my hard drive from Master Boot Record to GUID Partition Table format my drive has a weird partition setup. I don't really want to wipe anything clean right now since I am in the process of getting a new backup drive. Also, my 2tb drive tells me I have only 300gb of shrink space. I would like to fix my partition setup first (see image) without having to wipe the drive.

Is it possible to use linux to extend my 2TB data partition to the right safely (not corrupting files on the data partition?).

Ah ok you you want to eat up that part at the begining. It's stupid. Windows shrinking and extending suck. You can only extend at the end and only to what ever space is free (I use defraggler to consolidate the drive to get the most) and you can only extend to the right as well. So you can't shrink one partition to make the partition after it bigger.

Download a free program like PargonPartition or EASEUS partition software, you can use that to extend it to the left real easy. The way the programs work if go in and select to extend the partition to the left, and once you do you have to hit the green check mark or start to actually extend it. You make the changed you want it to make and then once you like it the way it is you then start...
What are you trying to do exactly?

There is 122MB unallocated at the beginging. The 452Mb at the end looks like the recovery partition for your PC (Normally only OEM branded PC's have these)

Are you looking to shrink and make a second partition or trying to get rid of recovery partition?

I had been gone a bit, but at one point I had converted my drive from MBR to GPT, and making the new system partition, I deleted the old one the MBR used and it left the 122mb there. Later I used a tool to extend my drive's partition to the left and get rid of the 100mb left over from the old mbr boot partition.
