I need to know if this build can run CS:GO and GMOD and if it can what frames will I be getting at all low settings? Thanks in advance.

You'll be able to run them on high settings. 30-60 fps
It'll be better if you overclock the G3258 to around 4.4-4.5 ghz. I overclocked my one for my nephew to 4.8 ghz with the same cpu cooler I added in your build.
