Finished building my Gaming computer and turned it on so it will recognize the drivers and nothing appears to show up.

Before I had my processor I had everything else. I had everything running except that the computer kept cutting on and off constantly so when I finally got my processor and put it in my computer it did the same thing! So I thought my motherboard was messed up so I sent it back and got a brand new one and once I did I put everything inside of it and hooked it up and it stayed on and I was happy so I kept my SSD plugged in and unplugged my HD so the operating system would run off my SSD but nothing is showing up on the screen and I have every plugged up. I have a Intel Core i5 6600k and it's not working. I don't know if I am doing anything wrong or not.

If I understand right, you had the SSD with OS in it, and try to boot the new PC (Z170) with it. If this is the case, you can't. You should reinstall the OS, because the chipset and MB drivers totally differ from other MB. Also may sure the boot order is right in the bios setting too. Good luck.
