Basically im buying a new computer and I can't decide between these two builds. I also dont know if these parts are good quality and compatible.

I can't decide between the skylake or the traditional.
Which one do you guys think would be better? I would also welcome any part changes if you think some of the parts I picked are crappy. Trying to stay at a $1000ish budget. Thanks for any help guys. I really appreciate it.
