Hello

I have already bought most components for my new build
I have ddr4 and only the cpu+mobo is left to buy
The 2 cpus cost almost the same
I have 3 options as not every mobo is sold here

I7 6700k +asus rog viii hero this mobo cost almost half the other twos price

I7 6700k+msi xpower gaming titanium it cost the same as
i7 5820k+msi x99a mpower

Im just gaming doing no content creation

Which option do you think would be the best?

Thank you for your help :)

You are so undecided mate...... All those boards have great quality why u want to spend so much on a motherboard I can't understand, seriously. You pay 100$ more for that MSI and what do you get in exchange ..... not too much.I consider 130$+ motherboards are already great quality boards. ROG HERO has many cool features and I consider one of the high end boards for an the average gamer

I cant buy from newegg just from local shops :( (hungary)
The price difference between the 6600k and the 6700k is not big enough to consider the 6600k
The price difference between the msi xpower gaming titanium and the rog viii hero is double the difference than between the 6600k and the 6700k

Going with the i7 6700 what mobo do you think i should take?
Msi xpower titanium or go for the rog hero viii for much less

What are the main differences justifying the cost between thiese?
z170 pro gaming
rog viii hero
Msi xpower gaming titanium?

Thank you

For example : MSI xpower has support for 4-way SLI or Crossfire, both ASUS MOBO's having support for only 2-way sli
The difference come from the number of ports that you find and maybe better overall quality.
The ROG HERO and the MSI xpower ,have a bit better Overclocking capabilities, but for your needs the z170 pro gaming should Overclock pretty well

Still i wouldnt like going under the rog hero
i will save a lot going with it actually
And going with the z170 gaming doesnt save me that mutch
(I can buy the rog hero viii for like 200$ from a cheap shop :) )

But still the i7 5820k seems like a great cpu + with msi x99a mpower
it costs a very little bit less than i7 6700k + msi xpower gaming titanium
Hmm...
At first i need to decide msi xpower titanium or asus rog viii hero
Because if i decide msi xpower i will actually spend MORE than going with the i7 5820k+ mpower

Oh damn this is the hardest part to pick :(

The z170 gaming is like 170-180$ (bcs its from a more expensive shop the cheap shop dont sell this product)
So only like 20$ difference and longer delivery time :/

The msi costs like 350$-360$ is it worth it as i heared it has the most quality components is it more than 100$ better than the hero?
