OTB usb SATA disk worked well on Win 8.1, but does not show after upgrading to Win 10. When plugged into the USB port, I hear the correct sound, but nothing appears on "This PC" window.

The list of devices shows a new device with the text "VLI Product String, Driver error"
The Device manager identifies it as a "DTMB BDA TV USB" under sound, video and game controllers

What should I do next?

The HARD disk is a 1.5TB Seagate Barracuda (SATA)

Hi gshaase and welcome to the community. :)

Try uninstalling the drive from Device Manager and then reconnect it, so that Windows can install its drivers again, to see if that fixes the issue. I'd also suggest that you try a different USB cable, a different USB port or even better - a different computer, to see if the same thing happens again. If the drive is recognized, I'd suggest that you backup your data and download the manufacturer's diagnostics tool so that you can test it for errors, just to be on the safe side. As far as I know that drive model is an internal HDD, so if you are using a SATA to USB adapter, external enclosure, or a docking station, you might need to update/reinstall the specific device's drivers in order for...

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
