Looking for the best CPU I could put in a LGA2011 Socket under $1,000 but when I say best I'm specifically speaking of usage in Maya 2016 no 3rd party renders besides Mental Ray. looking into the 5820k but I'm not sure if its the best option. It appears to have hexacore 15mb cache compared to the Quad 10 mb cache I currently have. Any advice is welcome Guys.
