So a friend of mine as family in New York and they will come to our country in December.
I want to build my PC by that time, hopping I can get good deals in Black Friday. I spoke with my friend and he told me that I could buy my PC online and have it send to their house.
Then in December they would get my hardware in a suitcase. My question is, is that legal? Can they transport hardware or technological equipements in their suitcase without problem.
I want to do that because the hardware in my country is expensive, and shipping and taxes price from US to Portugal are even more expensive.
