I can ask for invoices and that will print but when I want to get a copy of a document it will not feed. My whole control panel seems to be stuck also.I have an epson 835 printer. the control panel is on the printer.I feed the paper from the top of the printer or I can put the paper that is being copied on top of the scanner. I am sorry I am not very good on the computer.

How do you copy? If your control panel is stuck, that would explain why you can't make copies. Printing does not use the printer front panel. Did you try turning off the printer and unplugging it for a bit from wall power to see if that fixes it? If not, you need to either contact Epson for warranty support if it's in warranty, bring it to a PC repair shop or replace it. Probably replacing it would be the best option.
