I have a 530W PSU (recommends 500W) and the fans are spinning on the gpu.
Do i need to disable the graphics on the APU? if so how?

Its a Be Quiet 530W Pure Power PSU running a Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-D3H A75 and Tranquillo Rev.2 Quiet CPU Cooler. Both 6pin plugs are in and the fans on the GPU are spinning

If this screws up, and you seem lost. Find the pin on your motherboard labeled Clear CMOS, and use a metal tip, like a philips screwdriver, and short the pins, it should make the computer boot and get back to where you are right now.

Right, I've disabled the integrated graphics and the HDMI cable is running from the R9 380 port to my monitor but the card is still not showing up in device manager or on my index rating (I'm scoring 1 on graphics now!!! It was 5.9 with the APU!!!)
If the card isn't working how am I getting a display up?
I'm really confused!!

It's time to install your Graphics Drivers. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
